Inclusion criteria: All of primary caregiver who take care of children with tracheostomy and finish studying in home tracheostomy care program in our center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deny to participate in this study Cannot read Thai Cannot attend teaching class Cannot do the reevaluation at 3 months after
