Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai citizen aged 60 or above 2. no previous history of mild cognitive impairment screening by Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) 3. no previous experience of piano playing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. refused to continue study 2. problems with hand movement, e.g., joints pain, arthritis
