60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: older patients with first stroke who are more than 60 years old, motor power of weak side is more than grade 2, no depression, and normally cognitive impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: older patients with stroke who have severe diseases eg. recurrent stroke, heart failure, severe hyperglycemia, severe depression, can not join rehabilitation motivation program more than 2 times
