Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the pregnant women that undergone vaginal delivery and have bleeding in third stage of labor 300 ml or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: twin pregnancy, pregnancy with leiomyoma, pregnancy with hydramnios, bleeding disorder, receive Magnesium Sulfate, no antenatal care
