Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Target population -Aged 18-60 years -Medically refractory epilepsy -Not pregnancy or breastfeeding Control population -Aged 18-60 years -No history of neurologic or psychiatric disorder -Not pregnancy or breastfeeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Target population -History of cerebrovascular disease -History of psychiatric disorder -Develop seizure while scanning -Unable to undergo serial brain SPECT -Unable to define region of interest of the SOZ by visual assessment, SISCOM, eZIS, extracranial EEG and intracranial EEG -Low quality image which are not suitable for data analysis Control population -Unable to undergo serial brain SPECT -Low quality image which are not suitable for data analysis
