Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers are male and female aged 20-50 years. 2. Overweight or obese (body mass index equal to or greater than 23.0 kg / m2) 3. Good health and do not have anh disease. 4. Volunteers can participate in the experiment until the end of the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with BMI less than 23 kg/m2 (body mass index ≤ 23.0 kg/m2) 2. Blood glucose level more than 126 milligrams / dl or HbA1c more than 7 percent. 3. Respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) 4. Cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease. Hypertension (140/90 mm Hg) 5. Liver disease, kidney dysfunction. 6. Neurological and muscular disorders such as dizziness. Nausea, vomiting, osteoporosis, muscle weakness Narrow spinal cavity 7. Chronic infection. 8. Drink or smoke. 9. Get any medication regularly/Hormones or supplements 10. History of hypersensitivity to the use of dietary supplements or allergies to health products containing substances used in this research, such as abnormal symptoms such as dizziness. Nausea, vomiting, etc.
