Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.) First time of ischemic or hemorrhagic subcortical stroke with 1-3 months after onset 2.) Age range 20-80 years 3.) Moderate impairment level of upper extremity 4.) Able to reach and grasp 5.) Able to understand and follow simple command 6.) Normal and corrected hearing and visual system 7.) Able to sit independently more than 1 hour
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.) Severe UE sensory impairment indicated by anesthesia to light touch on the UE- FMA of sensation and proprioception 2.) Motor aphasia, sensory aphasia and global aphasia 3.) Other neurological and musculoskeletal problems 4.) Positive screening for contraindication of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) 5.) Unstable vital signs (resting heart rate more than 100 bpm, resting blood pressure more than 150/100 mmHg) 6.) Receive task specific training of UE during participation in this study
