IgAN adult patients with various level of eGFR Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgA)

Interventions
Patients in IT group received optimized supportive care along with corticosteroids (dosage as abovementioned) and immunosuppressive therapy (cyclophosphamide 2mg/kg daily for 3 months,
or MMF 1-
2g daily for 6-
8 months,
or cyclosporine 3-
5 mg/kg daily for 6-
or tacrolimus 0.03-
0.05 mg/kg daily for 6-
8 months). Patients were followed up for at least 12 months,
or shorter if they reached study endpoint. ,supportive care group was applied in patients as the baseline treatment for every patient in three groups,
adopting with long-
term angiotensin-
converting-
enzyme inhibitor (ACEi) or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) treatment to achieve treatment goals of blood pressure (BP) <125/ 75 mm Hg.,corticosteroids group received supportive care along with cor
1mg/kg prednisone daily,
tapering down within 6-

and IT group received supportive care along with corticosteroids

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: IgAN patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any patients with systemic diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, diabetes mellitus, the Henoch-Schönlein purpura and liver cirrhosis, etc.) and prior immunosuppressive therapy were excluded by clinical history, physical examination, and laboratory test results.
