Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. de Quervain's tenosynovits, more than 4 months 2. Failed conservative treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rheumatoid arthritis 2.History of surgical release in affected side 3.Pregnancy 4.Bleeding tendency
