Interventions

The frailty criteria proposed by Fried et al were used. The older adults who scored positive on 1 or 2 items are prefrail.,Mild cognitive impairment criteria followed by Petersen et al&#44
following conditions:(1) memory complaints (2) objective cognitive decline (3) intact general cognitive function (4) independent functioning in daily living activities.,The healthy elderly will be in
Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24. (2) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCI: (1) Aged 65 years or older. (2) Mini&#45;Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24. (3) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 26. (4) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid. Pre&#45;frail: (1) Aged 65 years or older. (2) Meeting the Pre&#45;frailty criteria proposed by Fried et al. (3) Mini&#45;Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24. (4) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid. Healthy elderly: (1) Aged 65 years or older. (2) Mini&#45;Mental State Examination score(MMSE) score ≥24. (3) Independent walking 10m without using a walking aid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unstable physical condition. (2) Participants who have neurological&#44;psychiatry illness or diagnosis learning disability can’t take part in the experiment group.
