Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patient undergoing surgery for lung cancer - age more than 18 year-old - ASA physical I-III - BMI < 30 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - allergy to any drug in the study - emergency surgery - cardiac arrhythmia , bradycardia (HR < 50/min) - severe liver disease - Chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 - previous immunosuppressive drug within 1 year - patient with immune disorder - previous chemotherapy or radiation within 3 months - previous history of thoracic surgery
