Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Recently, less than 5 years, diagnosed with any severe mental illness with psychotic symptoms requiring antipsychotic medications. Including, but not limited to, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders and affective disorders with psychotic features. Having been receiving any Antipsychotic medication - either alone or in combination with other psychotropic medications; Thai residents receiving treatment/care at out-patient clinic; and Able to understand Thai and provide written informed consent (and considered competent to participate in the study, as suggested by attending psychiatrist).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have co morbidity of a chronic physical and or mental health problems such as learning disability and organic brain diseases. Have a primary diagnosis of substance misuse disorder. Plan or expect to terminate the antipsychotic at recruitment or before the use of HIP T. Are receiving any other physical health monitoring or intervention programme beyond usual care. Except if the intervention is primarily for their mental health (such as ECT).
