Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. An athlete of Burapha University 2. Aged 18 30 years 3. Normal BMI 4. Healthy with no underlying diseases 5. Not regular smoking or alcohol drinking 6. No allergy to food, particularly in protein from insects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be diagnosed or treated with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, cancer, liver diseases, thyroid diseases etc. during participating the study 2. Cannot continual participating the study due to personal or other problems
