Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age ≥ 18 years who was performed tracheostomy and admitted in Department of Otolaryngology, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (KCMH) between June 2016 and June 2017 was enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Chronic lung disease, Lung infection Skin infection at neck Lidocaine or amide allergy Cancer that metastasis to skin at neck patient that have to receive other operation other than tracheostomy patient that have to use Ventilator after operation chronic liver or kidney disease
