Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male or female aged 40-70 years Resting SBP ≥ 130 mmHg or/and resting DBP ≥ 80 mmHg Able to communicate with Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unstable angina prior to the test Myocardial infarction Resting heart rate more than 100 bpm Resting blood pressure more than180/100 mmHg Pregnant woman
