Interventions
the patients will receive intravenous antibiotic within 30 minutes before the operation and continue to 24 hours postoperatively.,In this group,
the patients will receive intravenous antibiotic within 30 minutes before the operation,
then continue to 3 days postoperatively,
and switch to oral antibiotic until postoperative day 7.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Benign thyroid nodule (Single or Multinodular is eligible) 2. Follicular thyroid neoplasm 3. Graves' disease 4. Micropapillary thyroid carcinoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unfit for surgery 2. Previous neck radiation 3. Previous neck surgery 4. Allergic to Penicillin, Amoxicillin or Amoxicillin/Clavulanic acid
