Interventions

treatment group : vitamin C 1.5 gm + NSS 100 ml IV infusion 30 min q 6 hr combination with Hydrocortisone 200 mg+ NSS 250 ml IV infusion in 24 hr combination with Thiamine 200 mg + NSS 100 ml IV inf

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Septic shock o Age>= 18 yr o Admitted at Medical ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o pregnancy o G6PD deficiency o No CPR o allergy of Vit.C or Thiamine o Terminally ill patients eg. malignancy, end-stage heart diseases
