Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age ≥40 posterior tibial tendon dysfunction stage I & II current complaint of foot pain in house more than 6 weeks and pain score ≥ 5/10 by numeric rating scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cognitive problem Communication problem Decrease sensation of foot Previous foot surgery Balance problem Taking NSAIDs or stop taking NSAIDs less than 2 weeks Wound at foot
