Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai femal patient who has benign gynecologic condition that need suegery treatment who admit at Thammmasat hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - cold allergy - extended wound - Intraoperative complication that may have more than 1 surgical wound
