Conditions

Hypertension is a major independent risk factor for coronary artery disease, stroke, heart failure, and renal failure. Blood pressure, elderly, cardiovascular disease, cardiac autonomic function, glomerular filtration rate

Interventions

Participants were assigned to walk continuously for 30 min/day, 3 days/week for 12 weeks.,Participants were assigned to interval walk for 10 min/round, 3 rounds/day, 3 days/week for 12 weeks.

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients 2. SBP equal or more than 140 mmHg and/or DBP equal or more than 90 mmHg 3. Normal BMI 4. Not regular smoking or drinking 5. Not regular exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease or renal disease 2. Receive drugs treatment for diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease or renal disease
