Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patients 2. Aged 60-80 years 3. SBP ≥ 140 mmHg and/or DBP ≥ 90 mmHg 4. Normal BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoked or drank regularly 2. Had diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease or renal disease 3. Exercised regularly
