60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High normal BP (resting SBP between 130 and 139 mmHg and/or a DBP between 85 and 89 mmHg) 2. Without a history, diagnosis, or prior treatment for hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regularly smoked or consumed alcohol, had diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease or renal disease
