Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal weight and overweight subjects 2. Normal BMI and BMI 25.0-29.9 kg/m2 3. Healthy 4. Not regular exercise
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers or drinkers 2. Had cardiovascular, neuromuscular, orthopedic, liver, or renal diseases
