Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients taking warfarin and older than 18 years old 2) Patients treated with warfarin over 6 months 3) Patients agree to participate in the study by signing the consent form 4) Patients can use Thai language to communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients refused to attend the study 2) Patients with hearing impairment 3) Patients with memory impairment 4) Patients with incomplete medical records
