Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years plan general anesthesia with endotracheal tube for surgery ASA 1-2 understand in Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: refused consent allergic to lidocaine preexisting of liver and kidney disease problem of language barrier history of asthma and COPD history upper respiratory tract infection in 2 week history taking of ACEI
