left and right mandibular primary molars need pulpotomy or pulpectomy treatment

Interventions

inferior alveolar and long buccal nerve block with 2% lidocaine with epinephrine 1:100&#44
000 1.8 ml ,buccal infiltration with 4% articaine with epinephrine 1:200&#44
000 0.8 ml at mucobuccal fold near apex of root and indirect injection of lingual soft tissue via interdental papilla 0.3 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Healthy children without any systemic diseases that contraindicate for local anesthesia or pulp treatment -Voluntary under the consent of parents or legally caregivers -No history of pain killer or any medication that leads to misinterpretation of pain score -No history of allergic to any components in local anesthetic agents -Co-operative behavior at the initial visit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Behavioral changes which would interfere with pain interpretation during treatment -Unable to come for the second visit of treatment
