Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - acute kidney injury stage 2 within 48 hour - septic shock require inotrophic drug - on tube feeding or parenteral nutrition - no nutritional support contraindication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - reject current disease management - on renal replacement therapy in past or within 24 hour after acute kidney injury diagnosis - acute kidney injury from renal artery, glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis, vasculitis, post renal obstruction, hemolytic uremic syndrome, thrombotic thrombocytopenia purpura, hepatorenal syndrome, cardiorenal syndrome - Very high catabolism (burn) - protein-losing enteropathy
