Resting Period The participants will be sitting on chair for 10 minute for resting. Exercise Period Day 1 Incremental SMT: The speed of step will be starting as 70 step/min&#4
and increase the speed of step as 10 step/min every 3 minute until symptom limitation or arms and legs are not related. The speed of step control by metronome. Day 2 and Day 3&#44
Random without sort Constant SMT: The speed of step will used 80% of incremental SMT. The participant perform until symptom limitation or arms and legs are not related. The speed of step contr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Normal range of BMI (between 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2) 2) physical activity at least minimally active, evaluation from IPAQ-short

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) underlying diseases including bronchitis or lung disease or cardiovascular disease 2) musculoskeletal problems such as arm or leg fracture 3) resting systolic blood pressure lower 90 or/and diastolic blood pressure lower 60 mmHg 4) resting systolic blood pressure higher 140 or/and diastolic blood pressure higher 90 mmHg
