Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have Isolated gastrocnemius contracture Patients who have already done a conservative treatment for at least 6 months and fail to conservative treatment Patients whom receive similar post-operative protocols for gastrocnemius recession

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have already done a previous gastrocnemius recession Patients who do not do a conservative treatment Patients who have a history of infection at foot and ankle area Patients who have a contracture due to bony impingment
