Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of Plantar fasciitis as Clinical practice guideline revision 2010 of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons : which are Pain and tenderness at medial tubercle of calcaneus, sudden pain after waking in the morning or first step in the morning, and Pain relieved after walking and aggravated after prolonged using between March 2018 and June 2019 (2) Age 18 to 80 years old (3) Able to wear insoles and shoes (4) Able to communicate and complete the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of surgery at heel and sole (2) Midfoot deformities (3) Rigid pes planus (4) Wound at the heel (5) Arthritis at ankle joint or foot (6) History of NSAIDs or latex allergy (7) Polyneuropathy and entrapment disorder at foot and ankle (8) Bursitis at ankle and foot
