Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years old patient or older who was first diagnosed with thyrotoxicosis at OPD of Siriraj hospital during January 2009 to December 2013. At least 3 thyroid hormones including TSH, T3 and T4 (either total or free form) must be measured

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patient who was pregnant, receiving medication that could interrupt the hormone level including Levothyroxine, anti-thyroid drug, Amiodarone, Lithium, , Peg IFN within past 3 months.
