Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with T2DM aged 40-65 years Patients with T2DM who had a HbA1C ≥ 7 percent Patients who received at least OAD
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of symptomatic hypoglycemia Pregnancy and lactation End of life care Using insulin only Multiple comorbidities Poor lifestyle modifications and adherence
