Inclusion criteria: Patients with respiratory tract infection who was admitted in King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand during April 2018-December 2019 and had investigated for respiratory virus 19 subtypes (microarray)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The respiratory virus 19 subtypes (microarray) result was indetermine
