The design of the 4&#45
week PNF training sessions will modified from the study of Areeudomwong (2017). The participants will be asked to attend the Physical Therapy Laboratory for training sessions 3 times a week for 4 week
with each session lasting about 30&#45
45 minutes. Participants undertake 3 sets of 15 repetitions of each PNF intervention with rest intervals of 30 seconds between the sets&#44
and 60 seconds provided after completing 15 repetitions for each movement pattern. The programme will be divided into 2 phases. The first phase (Alternating isometric contraction and rhythmic stabili

spiral and diagonal planes.,Core stabilization exercise is designed for improving the performances of stabilizing muscle of the trunk&#44
especially lumbar multifidus and transversus abdominis muscles. There are eight exercises within this intervention such as activating exercises for lumbar multifidus and transversus abdominis&#44
bridging exercise&#44
and bird dog exercise. The participants will perform the exercise for 3 times a week through 4 weeks&#44
45 minutes. Participants undertake 3 sets of 15 repetitions of each core stabilization exercise intervention with rest intervals of 30 seconds between the set.,The participants will receive two physic
