45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: &#45;Post&#45;bronchodilator of FEV1/FVC < 70% &#45;Post&#45;bronchodilator of FEV1 ≥ 30% of predicted value &#45;Non regular exercise (< 3 times/week and < 30 min/day)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45;Other respiratory diseases such as asthma and bronchiectasis &#45;Acute exacerbation within 2 months before starting the study &#45;Congestive heart failure&#44; angina pectoris and third degree A&#45;V block &#45;Presence of orthopedic or neuromuscular conditions interfering with the ability to perform MASE such as herniated disc&#44; lumbar stenosis and muscle weakness
