Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 30 and 60 years Diagnosed as T2D by the clinician HbA1c < 8.5% Not engaged in any other training programs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease & hypertension Orthopedic problems or bone fracture Neuromuscular disorder Liver and kidney disease Chronic infections Obesity or dyslipidemia Used contraceptive (female)
