Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kindergarten grade 1-3 2. No medical history 3. No silver allergy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to silver 2. Do not accept to consent form 3. Having plan to move in 1 year
