Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant woman with preelampsia with severe feature , gestational age > 24 wks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: serum creatinine >1.3 urine output < 25 ml/hr hypersensitivity myocardial damage diabetic coma heart block myastinia gravis
