Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-65 years old 2. ASA physical status I-II 3. Elective surgery requiring general anesthesia 4. Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular or lung disease 2. Upper airway problem (chronic hypertrophic tonsillitis, nasal polyps, obstructive sleep apnea) 3. Pregnancy 4. Inflammation or infection of upper abdomen/lung 5. Intra-abdominal mass ≥ 20 weeks size 6. Obesity ( Body mass index ≥ 30 kg/m2) 7. Current heavy smoking≥ 20 pack year 8. Beard 9. No teeth 10. Nasogastric tube insertion 11. Face deformity
