Patients in good general health condition who have at least 1 third molar with full mucosal retention that needed to be extracted. chlorhexidine gluconate&#44

Interventions

patients will use the chlorhexidine mouth rinse 24 hours after extraction&#44
3 times a day for one week,patients will use the chlorine dioxide mouth rinse 24 hours after extraction&#44
3 times a day for one week,patients will use the distilled water mouth rinse 24 hours after extraction&#44
3 times a day for one week

18 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with regular tooth brushing habit twice a day 2. non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pericoronitis or taking antibiotics for other infections within the last 6 months 2. Patients using anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 3 months 3. Pregnancy and breast-feeding 4. Use of hormone contraceptives 5. Smoking
