18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult age more than 18 years old with hematologic malignancy 2. Admit at medicine and hemato-oncological ward 3. Develop febrile neutropenia as definition of IDSA 2010

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously documented multi-drug resistance organisms within 1 month 2. Previous history of adverse reaction or allergy to piperacillin/tazobactam or meropenem 3. Septic shock or sepsis related hypotension required vasopressor 4. Pregnancy and lactation 5. Expose to antibiotic treatment more than 24 hours prior to enrollment
