Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 and over. Admitted to intensive care unit within 7 days after surgery. Expect to remain in the intensive care unit for more than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not surgery. Can not speak Thai Hearing and visual impairments History of preoperative delirium
