Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of secondary school students 14-19 years old both living in rural and urban area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) declined to answer or parents do not consent to participate in this research 2) intellectual disabilities or other disorders that can not be answered questionnaires on their own 3) absent during the research period.
