Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years 2.Diagnosis of gout by American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1977 3.Receiving allopurinol > 1 month 4.Serum uric acid > 6 mg/dL 5.Estimated glomerular filtration rate > 30 mL/min/1.73m2 6.Able to read cell phone message

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to read Thai language 2.Receiving allopurinol treatment for other condition
