Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: &#45; ASA class I&#45;III &#45;Age more than 18 but less than 65 year &#45; BMI >= 28 kg/m2 but < 35 kg/m2 &#45;Surgery that need anesthesia and intubated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; Esophageal stenosis or varices &#45; History of radiotherapy in the head and neck region &#45; Unstable cervical spine &#45; Head injury &#45; Limit neck motion &#45; Previous esophageal surgery &#45; Deform
