Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI>/= 35kg/m2 ASA classification II-III age 18-80 years old general anesthesia with endotracheal tube

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: tracheostomy tube status dysmorphic facies head and neck cancer pregnancy cervical spine injury or disease
