Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 6 years of age 2. One or both parents smoke at home 3. Education level of smoker under bachelorâ€™s degree 4. Household income below 30,000 baht per month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoker is a foreigner
