18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who undergoing elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery 2. Age between 18-65 years old 3. ASA status I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of chronic analgesic use (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; NSAIDS, opioids, or paracetamol) - Presence of a chronic pain disorder (i.e. back pain, cancer, arthritis) - Inability to use the PCA device - Allergy to the study drugs: parecoxib and morphine - Neurological disease or major psychiatric disorder - Pregnancy
