We divided patience into 2 groups by block of four technique
1. Template group
>> At the time of femoral neck guide wire insertion while performing PFNA surgery,
we will use our template to facilitate guide wire insertion. we hope that our template will help reduce surgery time while we'
re performing guide wire insertion
,2. Controlled group
>> We perform a standard surgery in this group

50 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Unstable intertrochanteric fracture (AO-OTA: 31A1, 31A2.1, 31A2.2, 31A2.3, 31A3)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - BMI > 40 - An open fracture - Multiple fracture - Pathologic fracture except osteoporosis - History of previous musculoskeletal disease of the same hip - History of prevoius surgery of the same hip
