Interventions

We divided patience into 2 groups by block of four technique 1. Template group >> At the time of femoral neck guide wire insertion while performing PFNA surgery&#44
we will use our template to facilitate guide wire insertion. we hope that our template will help reduce surgery time while we&#39
re performing guide wire insertion ,2. Controlled group >> We perform a standard surgery in this group

50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Unstable intertrochanteric fracture (AO-OTA: 31A1, 31A2.1, 31A2.2, 31A2.3, 31A3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - BMI > 40 - An open fracture - Multiple fracture - Pathologic fracture except osteoporosis - History of previous musculoskeletal disease of the same hip - History of prevoius surgery of the same hip
