50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Knee OA diagnosed by American College of Rheumatology, aged 50-85 years NRS of knee pain >=5 of 10 able to walk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: rheumatoid arthritis gouty arthritis of knee chronic back pain or tendinitis of knee knee arthroplasty patients with cardiac pacemaker history of using ultrasound having intra-articular injection within the past 6 months having contraindications to Ibuprofen
